The Shenandoah Women's Center is the domestic violence and sexual assault crisis, treatment and prevention program in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Located in downtown Martinsburg (with outreach offices in Charles Town, and Berkeley Springs), we provide confidential support, counseling, and emergency shelter, and have a 24-hour hotline for emergency assistance.
